When we act as a Business Associate for a covered entity client, we handle PHI in accordance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and the terms of our BAA with that client. If you are a patient of a healthcare provider that uses Apex services and have questions about your health information, please contact that provider directly, as they are the covered entity responsible for your record.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for it to function and, if enabled in the future, analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
